Under the bill, eligible projects must have a capacity of not less than 200 acre-feet (AF) of water. Current law requires an eligible project to have a capacity of not less than 2,000 AF of water.</p> <p>The bill also allows Reclamation to provide additional grants to certain dam rehabilitation and reconstruction projects provided that projects previously eligible under the program have received the necessary funding.</p>","updateDate":"2025-12-05T11:08:04Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":487,"ts":"2026-04-15T05:24:11.737Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=To%20amend%20the%20Infrastructure%20Investment%20and%20Jobs%20Act%20to%20modif"}]}}
