Any individual on the list is prohibited from boarding any commercial aircraft flight until the individual is removed from such list.</p> <p>Additionally, all abusive passengers are permanently ineligible to participate in the TSA PreCheck or the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Global Entry programs, with specified exceptions.</p>","updateDate":"2025-12-05T09:10:27Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":378,"ts":"2026-04-15T05:35:51.841Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Protection%20from%20Abusive%20Passengers%20Act"}]}}
