The hospital's patient population must meet certain higher indexes with respect to the number of Medicaid-eligible and uninsured individuals served.</p><p>Additionally, state Medicaid programs must ensure that relevant payment plans for these hospitals support the financial viability of the hospitals and their ability to provide the requisite level of care under Medicaid.</p>","updateDate":"2024-07-12T16:31:48Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":395,"ts":"2026-04-19T12:51:18.526Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Protecting%20Front%20Line%20Multimission%20Hospitals%20Act%20of%202024"}]}}
