However, the bill does not apply to a criminal prosecution or civil enforcement action if the applicable statute of limitations expired before the date of the bill's enactment.</p><p>Additionally, the bill rescinds specified unobligated funds that were provided in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021&nbsp;to the Department of Labor  for anti-fraud and program integrity activities. &nbsp;</p>","updateDate":"2025-10-09T00:11:25Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":611,"ts":"2026-04-15T14:53:42.481Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Pandemic%20Unemployment%20Fraud%20Enforcement%20Act"}]}}
