If the new jury at the special sentencing hearing does not reach a unanimous recommendation on the defendant's sentence, then the court is prohibited from imposing a death sentence.</p>","updateDate":"2026-01-10T06:57:47Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":333,"ts":"2026-04-19T08:25:07.202Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Eric%E2%80%99s%20Law"}]}}
