Further, the funds may only be used by the Department of Defense for the repair, maintenance, replacement, or other similar functions related directly to assets used by National Guard units while operating under state active duty status.</p>","updateDate":"2025-12-17T09:06:38Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":521,"ts":"2026-04-19T10:15:07.226Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Guarding%20Readiness%20Resources%20Act"}]}}
