The PBGC must also apply the recalculation to previously-made monthly payments and make a lump-sum payment for any additional benefits based on the recalculation.</p><p>Monthly benefits under the bill must be paid using specified PBGC funds, and the bill specifies how the lump-sum payments are treated for tax purposes.</p>","updateDate":"2026-09-10T16:01:21Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":747,"ts":"2026-10-13T06:39:49.742Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"https://simplefunctions.dev/api/public/query-gov?q=Delphi%20Retirees%20Pension%20Restoration%20Act"}]}}
