Under current law, the IRS may limit the 10% tax payment requirement related to income from such personal property sales in Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico.</p><p>This bill expands the IRS’s authority to include limiting the tax requirement for personal property sales in the Virgin Islands.</p>","updateDate":"2026-04-08T13:20:27Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":405,"ts":"2026-04-15T19:13:26.563Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Territorial%20Tax%20Parity%20and%20Clarification%20Act"}]}}
