(The Chugach region includes portions of land on the Kenai Peninsula and the coast of Prince William Sound in Alaska.)</p><p>The bill directs Chugach to exclude from its conveyance to Interior all right, title, and interest in any land, not to exceed a total of 209 acres, for which a village&nbsp;corporation has retained development rights (other than timber development rights) or that has been designated for a shareholder&nbsp;homesite program.</p>","updateDate":"2026-03-06T11:56:56Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":618,"ts":"2026-04-15T07:49:25.871Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Chugach%20Alaska%20Land%20Exchange%20Oil%20Spill%20Recovery%20Act%20of%202025"}]}}
