In addition, USDA may award grants to train residents of U.S. territories to develop, construct, maintain, or operate renewable energy systems.</p> <p>The Department of Energy must ensure that its national laboratories offer to provide technical assistance to grant recipients.</p> <p>The Government Accountability Office must study and report on renewable energy and energy efficiency in U.S. territories.</p>","updateDate":"2026-04-03T14:46:38Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":498,"ts":"2026-04-15T01:00:44.056Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Renewable%20Energy%20for%20U.S.%20Territories%20Act"}]}}
