At least 50% of grant funds must be used to retain employees who would otherwise be laid off due to budget cuts.</p><p>Labor must encourage grantees to use grant funds to retain, employ, or train veterans, individuals with disabilities, individuals receiving unemployment benefits, or dislocated workers.</p>","updateDate":"2026-02-25T12:47:48Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":240,"ts":"2026-04-19T08:22:12.110Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"/api/public/query-gov?q=Jobs%20Now%20Act%20of%202025"}]}}
