FEMA’s UASI grants assist designated high-risk urban areas with developing and sustaining capabilities to prevent, prepare for, protect against, and respond to acts of terrorism.</p><p>Each report must contain a proposal for&nbsp;FEMA to provide financial assistance for at least three consecutive years to urban areas previously receiving UASI funds to allow them to transition to other funding sources to preserve their security capabilities.</p>","updateDate":"2026-07-08T15:22:59Z"},"markets":[],"stateBills":[],"meta":{"sources":["congress.gov"],"latencyMs":247,"ts":"2026-07-14T04:33:56.053Z"},"nextActions":{"inspect":[],"related":[{"description":"Search related legislation","method":"GET","url":"https://simplefunctions.dev/api/public/query-gov?q=Homeland%20Security%20Capabilities%20Preservation%20Reporting%20Act%20of"}]}}
