Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.\n\nFor the purposes of this market, a “block” refers to any federal court order, including a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or substantially similar order, that prohibits or materially restricts construction of the ballroom project.\n\nA court order will be considered “in effect” upon issuance unless it has been formally lifted, vacated, expired, or otherwise invalidated such that it is no longer legally enforceable (e.g., through actions of a higher court).
