Analysis
The Steelers' AFC North odds have compressed from 16¢ to 14¢ over seven days, reflecting declining conviction despite 263 days until expiry and $25.8k open interest. The 853.5% implied yield on the Yes side is extraordinarily high relative to the 22.6% No yield, suggesting severe mispricing or extreme risk aversion, though zero 24-hour volume and an 11¢ spread indicate this is an illiquid market where the quoted price may not reflect true consensus. The 1238% realized volatility and 6.0 cliff risk index signal this contract experiences sharp, unpredictable moves—likely driven by injury news or playoff performance updates rather than fundamental reassessment of Pittsburgh's divisional prospects.
