Analysis
The Knicks Eastern Conference Finals contract is trading at an extremely depressed 14¢ with an extraordinary 3935.4% implied yield on the Yes side, suggesting either severe underpricing or market skepticism about their championship prospects. With $80.2M in open interest against only $846K in 24-hour volume, liquidity is notably thin relative to the position size, creating potential slippage risk for larger trades. The 57-day window to the June 2026 expiry and the Cliff Risk Index of 6 indicate elevated tail risk, though the flat 7-day price action suggests the market has stabilized at this valuation despite the outsized yield opportunity.
