Analysis
The Nuggets are priced at a depressed 13¢ despite being the defending Western Conference champions, suggesting significant market skepticism about their 2025-26 title prospects—possibly reflecting injury concerns or roster changes. The extreme 4074% implied yield on "Yes" positions reflects the asymmetric risk-reward, though the $131.7M open interest and tight 1¢ spread indicate reasonable liquidity for a market with 60 days to expiry. The neutral regime score and flat 7-day price action suggest the market has settled on this valuation, though the elevated Cliff Risk Index of 7 warrants caution around late-stage resolution dynamics.
