Analysis
The 6¢ price on Trout reflects an extremely depressed valuation given his historical MVP pedigree, with the Yes side offering an extraordinary 2302% annualized yield despite $991k in open interest and zero 24-hour volume. The 9¢ spread and neutral regime suggest thin liquidity and minimal recent price discovery, though the 1128% realized volatility indicates this market has experienced significant swings historically. With 211 days to expiry and an info arrival rate of only 0.5 events per hour, this appears underpriced relative to Trout's career trajectory unless injury concerns or age-related decline are driving the bearish sentiment.
Resolution rules
