Analysis
This market shows extreme illiquidity with zero 24-hour volume despite $1.07M open interest and a massive 79¢ bid-ask spread, suggesting the $1,076 open interest figure may be inflated or stale. The 221.9% implied yield on the Yes side is exceptionally high and likely reflects the wide spread rather than genuine arbitrage opportunity, while the 714% realized volatility indicates this is a highly speculative position with minimal price discovery. With 247 days to expiry and a neutral regime, the recent 4¢ price decline from 44¢ to 40¢ appears modest relative to the market's extreme uncertainty, making this an illiquid bet better suited for long-term holders than active traders.
Resolution rules

If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
