Analysis
The NDX $28,500 target has surged dramatically from 27¢ to 60¢ over seven days, now pricing in a 60% probability despite extremely elevated realized volatility of 3,700% and a vol ratio of 37.97x, suggesting either significant new information or potential mispricing. The "No" side offers an unusually attractive 212.2% implied yield compared to just 94.3% for "Yes," indicating the market may be overweighting recent momentum; with 258 days to expiration and only $13.6K in daily volume against $705K open interest, liquidity is thin relative to positioning. The cliff risk index of 2 and the market's neutral regime (0.5 score) suggest this is a genuine directional bet rather than a volatility-driven anomaly, though the extreme realized vol warrants caution about whether current pricing reflects true probability or temporary sentiment.
