Analysis

AI-generated · updated daily

This market shows extreme bearish sentiment with Gyurov priced at just 1¢, down sharply from 8¢ seven days ago—an 87.5% collapse that suggests either new negative information or market correction toward fundamentals. The 0¢ spread indicates minimal liquidity despite $7,967 in open interest, creating potential slippage risk for traders, while the modest $1,171 in 24-hour volume suggests thin trading activity for a market with nearly 18 months until resolution. The dramatic price drop warrants investigation into whether Gyurov has been eliminated from contention or if this represents overreaction, as such steep moves in long-dated political markets often precede reversals.

Resolution rules

Parliamentary elections are scheduled to be held in Bulgaria on April 19, 2026. This market will resolve to the next individual who is officially sworn in as Prime Minister of Bulgaria following the next parliamentary election. To count for resolution, the individual must be formally sworn in. Any interim or caretaker Prime Minister will not count toward the resolution of this market. If no such Prime Minister is appointed by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Government of Bulgaria; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
